literally
Most abused word ever? I think most people would define literally as "just like," or "kind of like." I remember seeing a special of some sort on Fox about forest fires several years ago, and the narrator stated that the surviviors "literally went through Hell."

wow, the stone roses
I don't really have anything to add here, but I am suprised. Great song, and now the kids can all live out their John Squire fantasies.

Oh MY!

Yes, More ray wise
I'd also like to see hime start interacting with the other characters more.

Good review, pretty good show.
I only caught about the last fifteen minutes of the show. What I find endearing about the show was exemplified in the elimination round, when both teams were genuinely happy to see their competitors answer question correctly.

the UHF reference made me happy
Also, I'm about ready to give up on this show. No matter how pretty she is, every second Claire's on screen is painful for me. Her plot has become maddenning. I actually like the Guatamalans, though. And right, there's no way that Irish thug could keep the box from Peter.

Twinkling
That's the best description of Morgan Freeman's presence in movies that I've read.

score
I was watching the Dylan doc the other night and playing All Things Must Pass over the weekend, so I feel like I somehow made this happen. You're welcome, folks.

Miguel Ferrer is way too reminiscent of robocop
That it all. (since everyone loves to lift Hodgman's line)

Amen to that bin
I spotted Escape From LA in the Walmart bin the other day and I may have to go back and get it now.

Don't leave us, jason!!!!!!!!
Old English pervs need to be called out. The more crass, the better. "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me" kills me every time I hear it, but that's not enough.

North
Hey Landstander, I had the same experience with North. I saw it when I was real young and didn't think much of it one way or another, just another kid's movie. Many years later in college I saw the Friar's Club Roast of Carl Reiner and noticed that well over half the jokes were about North. I went online and

Good call here.
I watched this based on the recommendation. I don't watch anything on CW so I hadn't even heard of this show. Good stuff; miles better than Buffy, which I never liked.

I'm on board for Darjeeling
I thought the Life Aquatic was quality, except for the ending, which was poor. If you can successfully change the subject at this point, hat's off.

Most comments ever???
Am I right? Let me add to this dubious distinction.

time for a neil hamburger joke
What's the difference between Courtney Love and a porcupine?

good call on the ghost woman
She scares me just from the commercials.

also,
when I read the header I assumed Perry Farrel, which I have to assume would be even worse.

blank
Well this sounds terrible. I think it was this site that had an interview with Andrew WK that consisted only of one question and a long-winded rant of an answer.

geez,
I didn't even know there was a new Foo Fighters coming out. Based on the review, they've made another There Is Nothing Left To Lose, with a hard-rocking first song giving way to a series of weak ballads. They're the sad case of a band that in my opinion gets worse with each relese. The one exception to this
