Just saw Hands of Stone today. It's dope! My new favorite film of 2016. I don't get all the negative criticisms. It's not perfect, but it's still super heartfelt and well shot/acted. 8/10

This show looks so cool. I need to see it. The earliest years of hip hop has always been a gray area for me as I'm more of a fan of the late 80's to now.

Still love Chelsea Wolfe's Abyss and Julien Baker's Sprained Ankle is incredible. I'm addicted to Iron Moon and Something respectively.

Listen to "I Don't Wanna Go There" from Farm for my favorite Dinosaur Jr. riff and solo.

The Crow soundtrack is one of my favorite soundtracks ever. I recently found a CD copy in a local record store for $4.00. It still holds up.

Mick Jenkins, Digable Planets, and Kamasi Jenkins looked cool. Not familiar with the others.

In a recent short interview on Hot97 I believe, Pusha T said he did write it (lyrics wise). It's originally a Clipse (Pusha T & No Malice) feature basically on a Justin Timberlake song that Pharrell (as The Neptunes with Chad Hugo) produced.

Now we need a music video of the Green Trial set to Testament's Trial by Fire!

R.I.P. Anton Yelchin
How awful!

This sounds great! I hope RZA produces a whole soundtrack for this. It sounds like a live action Afro Samurai. Common should be cool too.

9/10. The high points of this album are classic Melvins! Check out Hideous Women, Captain Come Down, Phyllis Dillard, Planet Destructo, and Choco Plumbing in particular.

I feel like I must be getting old, but I'm only 21. I cannot believe I barely recognize almost any of these.

Grace Potter is alright too, I guess.

Wow, I only like Kamasi Washington, Clutch, The Internet, and Charles Bradley out of these.

Best episode of Game of Thrones. I am so impressed and saddened by the progression, but pleased where the show is. 10/10.

True Detective

"Don't smoke…probation" lol

Nothing. I still buy CDs. I only wish there were more record stores to buy them. Most of my CDs purchases are online now with the occasionally purchase from a store.

God, I don't know what I was thinking then. I think I actually listened to it twice then stored it somewhere.

Funny you mention it. I was just relistening to Life After Death yesterday. I found Disc 1 good with a lot of filler and Disc 2 to be a super solid ride. I guess I just prefer the content and production of Disc 2 more.
