It was supposed to be, wasn't it? I thought the idea to merge them only came later.

Every season of Hannibal has pretty nearly been the last season, if only because NBC likes playing hardball to try and squeeze more money out of Gaumont.

Well, keep in mind that they're burnt through most of the big images/set pieces/etc of Hannibal already, but with Will and Bedlia subbing in for Clarice. What we're likely to get is bits of Hannibal and Hannibal Rising in the form of flashbacks framed by Will's interviews of Murasaki's handmaiden early in the season,

They're doing Red Dragon this season as well. They cast Richard Armitage as Dolarhyde.

Oh yeah. There are several. The Biggest is probably New York Fries. To their credit, they do a decent poutine. But I think that if you go beyond the basic with them, shit gets fucked up. Their Butter Chicken Poutine, for instance? Ugh….

There's an increasing number of places in the states serving it, although *good* poutine is pretty limited. My favourite chain, Smoke's, only has one US location. :/

She mentions having lived in Canada when they try twizzlers. Probably broadens your horizons.

No. It could do that if it weren't on network. It could do that if it had a huge international partner like how Hannibal is sustained by Gaumont. It could do that if it were on the CW where that's the expectation.

The BBC has a blanket agreement with the music industry, Which lets them use all of the music forever regardless of country of origin so long as the track was released in the UK.

No, what should happen is she should get cut off by her friends with one of them giving a speech that's as badass as when Shoshanna told Ray to fuck off in season two.

Probably staying. It's not BBC/BBC Worldwide, so it wasn't part of the same deal.

Is that something that is going to be substantially different from getting those on a phone or tablet? I mean, there is the always-on aspect (except when you have to take it off to charge…), but I don't know if that kind of thing is really enough to propel it.

They're still in denial about it. Not the explorers. Most of the people in the explorer program and most developers figured the writing was on the wall for Glass ages ago and that they were going to refocus on different applications for it. But the tech cheerleaders who didn't get glass are leaving pissy comments on

Uh, they kinda were going for the mass market. The EXPLORER program was never going for the mass market, but the Explorer program was about building buzz and sorting out consumer applications. Hence their partnership with Diane von Furstenberg, to make them look cool and wearable.

The thing about John, in the comics, is that he's this person who keeps trying to do good but fucks up a lot and it's extremely destructive. Sometimes he manages to save the world, which he often does in a very shitty way because, as he's explicitly told by God at one point in the comics, the Laughing

That final paragraph is why Constantine doesn't make good TV. Constantine is toxic to people he meets. They try to help him and they die. It's not about a universe that gets broader and more interesting as it goes on. It's about an increasingly desperate man who sees more and more people die because God has decided

I have it on good authority that Younger Guy is gonna be a hot, wholesome nerd who takes his glasses off mid-season to wetten the panties of moms across America.

Just listen to the Patton Oswalt live Dollop.

Haha fuck Leland and his ugly, tacky suit.

That's part of the problem though. The council's decision to write off Shepherd doesn't really make sense because we can't tell what kind of a story this is supposed to be. Is it supposed to be a light adventure story, a serious SF drama, a Star Trek style throwback? We just don't know because it doesn't know.
