At that point, no one will care about the "present" any longer.

THEA: "Malcolm is going to face justice"
Me : End of episode. 12 minutes. Whatever will happen during the remaining 28?
OLIVER: "I need to save Malcolm. Because reasons."
Everyone: groan.

Nope. Just in another show.

The no-kill policy really took a toll this week.

Heh, see it the way true Oliver/Felicity shippers will see it: Felicity is screwing Ray because he owns Oliver's company, has Oliver's life, wants Oliver's life and she figures she can be his girl too. Truly, she's screwing Ray because she wants Oliver and he is the next best thing, as close as it gets to being him

"Don't forget: it's only stalking if it doesn't work!" — Mindy Lahiri, in the Mindy Project.

There will always be Thea. Thea/Nyssa is my new OTP.

I'm actually sour that they went with Ray this season. I would have found more interesting to see Felicity struggle in her affections if the guy wasn't everything Oliver but better/worse depending on your opinions. If the guy was a really smart non-superhero guy who offered her a "normal" life. Can she go back to her

Episode 316 better have a Nyssa/Thea shirtless fight.

Felicity got laid (kudos) AND finished her transformation into a Magic Hoohah. One night of sex and BOOM, Ray's brain reactivated and found the one algorithm that was missing so his Iron Man A.T.O.M suit could completely work, nuclear missiles and all.

"No, that's egotistical and insane" — Oliver Queen, being the most self-aware ever.

You're a fellow Clarke/Lexa shipper? Welcome!
I'm losing hope… The actress who plays Lexa is a regular in The Walking Dead, isn't she? It's doesn't make me hopeful. Lexa's totally gonna die, and I'll cry if not for the loss of a potential couple but for the loss of a massive sexual tension that I haven't seen since

What would be awesome is if Felicity walked around every office to rank the faces of people in the pictures.
"Ugly. Urgh, would NOT want you as my kid."
"Wow, that's your husband? No wonder you're such a stuck up jerk."
"I'd do you. Um. I mean, you're cute."

Oh I totally agree. I felt like it was the most realistic interaction between two characters in a long freaking while. Thea/Oliver were totally believable for once.

Um, sorry, but disagree on Oliver's arms. As a keen observer of all beautiful-male-body-parts, Diggle's arms from Season 1 >>>> Oliver's arms from Season 1.

"Don't do drugs, Thea. Whatever happens, don't do drugs. And stay away from your real fath— um, Malcolm Merlyn, okay?"

I think they didn't really have a choice though, since Rickards and Ramsey's contracts stipulate that they have to be in every episode. I wish that we'd had Felicity's job interview with Walter which could have been hilarious, as Oliver waited for the office to be empty but I guess the scene would have lasted

The writers for both shows aren't the same, and the EPs mostly split their attention. Kreisberg is mostly on The Flash (+ Supergirl, I guess?) while MG is solely on Arrow. Maybe that's a little too much workload.

It specifically said "8 minutes to transfer" too…

I mean… I guess Thea meant that they weren't strangers. She'd known her most of her life, she was there at her "welcome to life" party to Starling City… What was she supposed to say?
"But! We were friendly enough and she was cool how dare he!"
