Lyla is the new Sara.

Question, since I don't read the comics: Sara's been dead for, what, two-three months now? Her body must be… well, not super fancy, let's go with that. Does the Lazarus Pit make you all pretty again? Or would we be dealing with a Walking-Dead-version of Sara?

Papa Lance going back to drinking urgh, no thanks. The addiction trope is not a good one on this show. And Oliver's right: it's not his secret to tell. Laurel should have been the one to tell him right away and accepted the help and support of her family. She denied her father the right to mourn his daughter while she

I mean, so does Jaha. He sacrificed himself repeatedly too (at least twice on the arch).

This episode was awesome. It had everything. The Salmon Ladder. Caitlin/Felicity/Lyla bonding scenes. Oliver/Barry competitiveness. Snark. No parkour. Felicity drinking a double of whisky straight.

He was totally talking about Iris for Barry, and Felicity for himself. That was as subtle as a boxing glove arrow.

"They wouldn't like it, they would love it." — Oliver Queen. I don't care if he talked about their teams, that was completely meta.

You should review the show, only with those terms.
But you forgot to mention the fern.

Not if these characters don't show up for most of the episode in their show. Episode 4 of Arrow was a bummer because of the lack of Felicity (and because the plot made no sense). It did have an upside-down Thea though.

Okay, I know I rant about that every week but god dammit Laurel tell the man already! The longer they wait, the less sense it'll make and the less emotional the impact will be. Even I had forgotten he didn't know during this episode.

Throwing "You're cute"s to Barry while chuckling, and staring Cisco down coldly until he shut the hell up.

The thing is, as happy I'll be to see Sara and Caity Lotz again, it'll be even worse the next episodes when she isn't there. It'll be like dreaming the perfect thing and then waking up to a terrible reality.

"What?" — Oliver Queen, pulling a Moira "Who's Roy?" Queen. *beat* *smiles knowingly*

If Roy was fridged to advance Thea's journey into a badass, I'm all for it. I like that Roy looks lost 90% of the time, I find it entertaining (if a little distracting) but then again… so is the fern.

I legit liked Laurel this episode. She was smiling.

I'm pretty much okay with anything that gets Lyla more screen time.

Oddly enough, I don't agree about the characters but they all seem to enjoy life and have fun and it's infectious. On Arrow, everyone seems constantly (and rightly so) in pain and swallowed by their own angst. I like the characters of Arrow more, but I kinda wish we had a scene where everyone was getting plastered

Granted and it's not over-sharing don't worry. But who watches that show to see stuff that happens in real life? The show can be grounded in reality but it's not a documentary on the dynamics between a single father and his daughter (and we still don't know about his wife).

Iris seemed turned on. Cause we all know that women love being stalked. (re: Raylicity, re: 50 shades)

I mean, Laurel not knowing and being lied to by Oliver is completely different from Iris not knowing. The reasons were shady for Laurel as well (even if I could understand it better, compared to Iris's situation, since Joe knows and refuses to let Barry tell HIS secret, whereas I guess that in the end, it was Oliver's
