"I usually say that Oliver is at the nightclub, with a girl, or nursing a hangover."
"None of which will work for me."
"Bad stomach-ache. Really bad diarrhea."
"Yeah I'm not comfortable with that excuse."

The problem is, I worry that the writers will turn her unlikable by relying on her too much. I don't want to stop loving her. But I don't want her to turn into a magic!vagina like so many MVPs. Keep her grounded the way she is so far.
"It took more than watching Oliver on the salmon ladder for me to trust him."
You keep telling yourself that, Felicity. We aaaaalll know the truth.
What about that black dress? Why doesn't she wear that on Arrow?!
Yeah, it was like the show was trying a little too hard to make us love her. If you watch Arrow, you already do. If you don't, you'll love her soon enough. I was just thinking that 3 love-interests in four episodes was maybe a little bit of an over-kill from the writers. The girl has no one for 2 entire seasons,…
Are you kidding? Felicity hangs out with a former killer on a daily basis. She also never told Roy that he killed someone. She'd probably frown at Nyssa and try to make her embrace her sensitivity.
I upvoted if only just for the "roster" idea. So many possibilities, writers! So many!
Fine. Unfair for us people who have eyes, but fine, I can see why the actors wouldn't want to be ogled on a daily basis and have actual self-respect.
But what about Colton and David? And Brandon? (he might need to change his shirt after spending the night at the office, doesn't he?). Stephen Amell's thankfully not the…
"I don't wanna die down here." he said. So hopefully, bringing Thea home was a step towards that goal? And they'll both move back in the mansion?
Question: where is Oliver actually taking Thea when he says "let's go home"? In his lair? (that was supposed to be seized by Rochev btw) Or in the huge mansion that he's left to get dusty for the past six months?
Also: 3 episodes in, and still no shirtless scenes? What the hell? :(((
We used to have shirtlessness. Mmmmultiple times. Shirtlessness all the time. Is Oliver trying to spare Felicity or what?
Hence: Sara.
Now that she's dead, I'm really rooting for Nyssa to be Felicity's BFF. I wouldn't mind Thea either.
I actually felt a little miffed by that phone scene. Literally everyone was calling her during her day job, the one that pays her bills, and asked her for illegal favors, blatantly ignoring the fact that she might have a life that doesn't revolve around doing illegal research.
I don't understand how the guy just decided to leave her there. He beat up his gf for no reason, and when a chick literally tries to teach him a lesson he just punches her and goes home? I'd assume that kind of garbage would be a little more enraged. And actually take her mask off? She should feel lucky she's even…
"Did you notice anything different with Thea?"
"Her hair is shorter."
I don't understand how time flies in the show. One minute it's morning, the scene that comes next it's suddenly nighttime… I don't understand. I guess they were supposed to be coming back from the hospital hence Oliver's absence from the lair?
Honest to god, I was disgusted also by the fact that she must have stunk, right? She'd been dead for hours. I remember that episode of SFU where Nate carried around a body and forgot about it and it deflated in some sort of noisy gross thing where all the muscles gave out and the corpse basically pooped itself.
So?
This, and his delivery of Mindy's "and we all not there ain't a cure for that" with the hand gesture killed me. It was brilliant.
I kept waiting for Nyssa to show up and be a total badass. Such a let down on that front. Bring out Nyssa and let her deal with all of that!
