Why did they bother to preface the first performance with "They usually only perform originals, but they're going to cover this song one time only as a tribute…." if all of the songs on the show are going to be covers?

So I just watched 1 - 9 in one sitting. If there's a second season, I'd like a lot more Malcolm Jamal-Warner but other than that, no complaints. Did beloved character actor Margo Martindale hit someone with a truck on Bojack? She might as well have.

I really wish more companies would do this. Square Enix, Konami, Nintendo. There are hundreds of "tributes" to the various Final Fantasy and Zelda soundtracks on Spotify. Why not load the real ones and make the $$?

I’m finding more and more that the quality of the commentary is the most important factor in how enjoyable these playthroughs are. If you missed it, wait for the video of tonight’s Shovel Knight race for a great example.

There was also tons of talk that it was a one-off, and that a new Gameboy was still coming because there was no way Nintendo would just throw away a decade of goodwill/brand recognition built in the Gameboy name.

This is similar to my list except skip January add Mass Effect if it really does come out in March.
