The only way I've had any success getting Street Passes is to go to a very busy vacation-y area. A full day at Universal Studios Florida might net you 10 or so. I've never gotten one at a movie theater or pro sporting event, much less just in general public.

I am also only going to be watching two a week (I had set a goal for myself of one per week, but I want to follow along here.)  I'm really worried there's some "losing a hand" foreshadowing going with Buster's line "I keep losing my jewels."
