I see a 'Rapping Cary Argos' joke account in the offing. Anyone know if @Rapping Jake Sisko watches this show?

Goddamnit, you're right! I am such an idiot! I spent ages trying to figure out the purpose of the card. Bishop must've found out about the investigation from Lana. It is far too convenient that Bishop asks Kalinda to spy and the next time she sees Lana she just happens to take a call on the Bishop case and allows…
It definitely reminded me of the comment Kaling made recently that she didn't think it would be suitable to address abortion on the show because it was too serious an issue to cover. She later changed her mind after criticism from the blogosphere.
@avclub-4e47f6a561dbe6724a331cf235f76e8a:disqus I totally agree, that's exactly how I read it! The sexual politics of the whole episode were pretty creepy but that final speech was so tone deaf I was shocked.
New Mexico isn't a place, it's a state of mind.
This started doing the social media rounds during the final season:
"You play with assholes, you’re gonna get some splatter on you no matter how fast you move."
Its pronounced *Chameleon*
Just wanted to say thanks for the critique @avclub-7beeedbccbe08609e82017313fae0eef:disqus. Really informative and really accurately described some of the reservations I've had about the films you mentioned.
Ok, after last night's episode I *need* to know: was Prince's pancake making ability previously well known or is it based solely on 'Charlie Murphy: True Hollywood Stories'?
Sonia's regular segment on what aspects of the modern world Ichabod has rejected is always a highlight.
I definitely agree about Ichabod and his short temper and occasional arrogance. He also has a tendency sometimes to try and do things on his own, perhaps out of a misplaced sense of nobility, I am thinking of the episode in which he insisted on visiting the psychically-linked witches coven at the carnival leaving…
That host of the late night show was so completely based on Charlie Brooker I had to rewatch it a few times! He even had his rhythm and style of delivery down pat. I think the show was meant to be a mix of Brooker shows You Have Been Watching and Screenwipe
Russell Brand's rant at Paxman was the first thing I thought of when I watched The Waldo Moment recently (having missed it when it first aired on Channel 4 in the UK).
You make a good point and "Control" is an interesting analogue.
I love Adichie's writing. I wonder if her spoken word inclusion and the additional 'Flawless' segment after the Bow Down portion of the track was added later as a response to those who said Beyonce was going against her feminist, female solidarity roots when 'Bow Down' was originally 'leaked'.
I've read it and agree with all of it which didn't surprise me as I always enjoy Todd's work. I just thought the turn of phrase was unintentionally funny for a staff that seem relatively fraternal and non hierarchical.
Good call on the potential Anad link. It would also allow Harrison to get some screen time, which is sorely needed from a character development perspective and logistically convenient since they are trying to take the focus off Kerry Washington to hide her pregnancy.
It absolutely was! Joe Morton really sold that the diatribe had been building up over his entire career.
The "My boss Todd VanDerWerff reviewed the past season, check out this link that he forced me to post here because he's my boss" was hilarious.
