My main problem with the Tom storyline is that he had two professional basketball players "working" for him at Entertainment 720. He seemed to know who they were, so his lack of basketball knowledge seemed forced.

"It’s easy to look back now and say that defeating fascism was worth it,
but in 1946, the question of whether the anguish and pain of World War
II was all worth it was still very much open."

I don't think his mom being in the hospital had any bearing on his behavior. His thought appeared to only be that the hospital might interfere with his mall time. He would have had the same reaction had his mom been at the spa, or the bank.

You might be right. All I know is they better hire that woman back that Crosby screwed. Max apparently is getting worse.

I agree with the Braverman part. But Victor is pretty old to still believe in Santa (in my opinion) so next year when he learns the truth he may regress and stop believing what the Braverman's say.

I don't get the reviewer's Mindy Project hate. There's always at least a couple laugh out loud lines, and many chuckles. Of course some scenes are over the top, but so what? That's like many shows, including Raising Hope.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Max sucks.

My friend in elementary school told me Santa used to be real, but he died like 100 years ago!

So Victor now believes in Santa- what's he to make of Santa not visiting him and leaving presents all these years?
