oh I know what he was doing and who he was eating, but Alcide railed against a lot of the rituals and traditions of the packs over the last few seasons, so for him to now be good with it was very out of character to me.

@offthewall2983:disqus thanks!

summed up nicely.  agreed.

yea, I feel the same. Officially burnt-out, and yet - still here and commenting!

come on, "I'm quite a genius?" Douchebag Extraordinaire is pretty apt.

ah, you beat me to it!

ah, good to know.  maybe they'll stick it on demand in a day or 2 as well.  thanks for the info!

I was kinda bummed when I started the episode and saw Retta sending off whatever the special was before.  I would have watched, I'm sure it was deliciously awkward.

I agree, this episode was more fun than all of season 5.

non-TV: Twilight.

wise words.

"I'm Sheriff Andy Bellefleur" is the best way to introduce yourself to your children, particularly newborns.  It was perfect.

I am also still bitter over how they handled Meloni's character last season (whose name I, too, do not know).  ugh.

@avclub-9cd818ea56273170b63f339aa6f34bca:disqus agreed.  Russell did not have the death scene he deserved.

YES!!!  the funniest.  I hope it's a gif somewhere already.

let's talk about how cheesy Eric looked when Sookie rescinded his invitation and he slowly floated out the door.  I laughed out loud so hard, I had to rewind and watch again.  WTF was that.

Boy, the werewolves really have no reason for being on this show, do they?  And I really liked Alcide when he was introduced - so watching him eat human flesh (as a human, something he wouldn't even do as a wolf if I'm remembering my past seasons correctly) and then engage in a threesome with a woman he actually cares

too true!  good observation.

I second that.

couldn't agree more.  maybe that's why he/she doesn't like us?  we think too highly of ourselves?  ah well, can't argue with the truth!
