As soon as Axel's scene started, I knew what he was up to and was convinced that reanimated shrieking girl from Tyrese's crew was gonna off him.  I was sad that he didn't die, but at the same time sort of glad if he can keep delivering lines like calling Carol a lesbian.  Hilarious.
I think Merle understood the

When it's only one guy and he can't fight back against an army, I don't think that order matters anymore.  Besides, knowing that Merle lied to him, the Governor would see Daryl as the perfect revenge scheme and therefore let him live.

Yeah, I don't get why people are thinking there's something different going on.  Like how some believe the Governor is betraying Merle or some other convoluted schemes.  It's the Walking Dead, so it will always be mostly straightforward.  That's just reading too far into it.  Maybe people are just getting so caught up

The point about women: if you go back through history, often in survival situations they looked to men for help.  Men also took up leadership far more naturally and are more physically capable.  It does make sense that men would then hold the dominant position.  And Michonne shows the exception that proves women are

It actually makes a lot of sense that Tyrese's group didn't have any firearms.  Firearms make lots of noise, take up room, and require ammo and reloading.  That ammo requires space and weight.  There's only so much someone can carry.  Melee weapons, while more dangerous to use, are more silent and don't require

The Governor is too intrigued by all this…
Probably is related to his daughter.  Last we saw her, wasn't he trying to teach her to read or something like that?  (Most of what I remember is the book with scratches, so maybe it was write?)

I disagree about Milton's storyline's purpose.  As boring as it may have been for some (I enjoyed it though), I think it comes back to the Governor more than Milton.  While he is characterized, you have to remember that the Governor condones his experiments and takes great interest in the results, clearly hoping for a

I think it was more his inexperience around zombies, especially when he's defenseless like that.  No matter how protected he is, he still has to sit there, knowing that one tiny malfunction and he's dinner.  And even if he's not a scientist, he's the closest thing they have.  Sort of like Herschel being a people

I like to believe that it was his past meal(s)…
That somehow, he was living through this Hell without ever actually coming into contact with the dead.  Instead, he was managing to get incredibly lucky, despite his shotgun and other noise, and was hunting and always just barely missing them (and them missing him).  That

Just had a crazy idea (that adds onto the last part)…
What if The Walking Dead is a result of the "wonder drug" that Arden was making American Horror Story?  Just explaining that could be a terrible, yet incredibly entertaining spin-off!

I like to think that he is Woodbury's T-Dawg.  Sort of like a legacy thing.
