No no, read carefully.  It is a film from 2004 that won Best Picture, not a film that won Best Picture Of 2004. And Million Dollar Baby hasn't held up because that movie is ass.

As awesome as that movie is, included in the title of the article is the term "successful adaptations," and critically and commercially, it is neither.

See, I like when TV shows feel the need to tell a story that takes longer than 45 minutes, and love it when they drop the A with B plot structure to do it.  Sometimes, all you need is a really strong main plot; why do we rely so much on having a B-plot all the time?

3DS is a direct reason why they're running up massive losses instead of profits.  You should know this because Nintendo said so in one of their investor releases.  Also, their last quarterly report had losses 10x what investors were expecting.  Soo….yeah.

Nope.  As DSiXL bandwagoners, my wife and I bought them after maybe six months had elapsed from their release, and the next week they announced the intentions to make an entirely new handheld.  So, no, they didn't announce it until well after DSiXL.
