I've never been a huge fan but I've enjoyed the handful of episodes I have seen. Their humor just struck me as constantly sarcastically saying "Oh sorry did we offend you?"

I really hope this was hastily animated for SDCC because even basic cable shows can afford better CGI shots than that now..

The trailer looks fine, but I honestly never thought I'd be so conflicted about the portrayal of the size of a giant ape monster.

God this looks very promising. Already its noticeable it wasn't directed by a typical Hollywood dude. The cool action shots aren't focussed more on what her ass is doing instead of what she's doing.

That's a little extreme, at worst it was a bit vague and underdeveloped. I think they purposefully left it very open, probably for Defenders

I think Daredevil s2 was building towards this, Iron Fist will probably add on. The Hand now seems to be the clear choice for the "big threat" in The Defenders, so I'm hoping this means they'll go Born Again for s3

I'm almost glad that 11 speaks in 1-2 word increments because she emotes so intensely well with each of them that a full sentence would absolutely devastate me

Only thing on the "DC" roster that actually has me excited instead of wondering how they'll retroactively make 10 year old me nauseous.

It all seems even more horrible with the video thumbnail of Carboard Actor Man smirking in handcuffs.

At least Cesar Romero was "method" in that he was actually in on the joke.

Say what you will about Torchwood, but its the first show I remember where they actually illustrate it quite frequently. To the point where even Starz had to edit a scene down for the American broadcast

I have to say I was expecting more people to really sink their teeth into this one.

Alternate Title: Bryan Cranston Makes It Impossible For Nerds Lacking Self-Awareness To Process Feelings

I don't agree with their choice in writer, especially with Bendis' most resent string of "eh", but he does have a daughter who is African American, so I don't imagine he'll treat the responsibility lightly.

I don't see people anymore, only memes.

I don't know, I kind of just watch things.

This film has now managed to cause a rift also within the DC fanbase. I've seen actual, hateful arguments between people online between those who have sworn blind fealty to the Snyderverse and those who actually want good films for their favorite characters.
Their argument tends to boil down to "this is dc movie not

Semi-Related Note:
Game Of Thrones is really part of the zeitgeist when my father, who gets all his news from Rolling Stone (print edition), who has never seen an episode, has an opinion on the treatment of women and how "they had to take out some boobs this year because people complained"

I'd love a good Tarzan movie, but trailer after trailer for this made it look like a bland mess hitting ridiculous "blockbuster" beats that would never naturally occur in a Tarzan story

I love the way the lighting and cinematography in King's Landing looks darker and more sinister after Darth Cersei takes control
