I mean, I don't even know what to say. It was fucking fantastic.
When the story and characters are so engaging the action isn't even the highlight (but still HOLY SHIT) you know you've got something special.

I just got out of Civl War and desperately trying not to come down from the high so I don't even fucking care about this
These aren't far off from he actual canon film that came out in theaters when I was a kid which is legitimately, batshit ridiculously fun to watch.
Scott Aukerman was asked about Maron in some New York Times thing and his response is similar and still makes me laugh
I refuse to read the show's title in any other voice than Scott Aukerman's dismissive chuckle ".. after an all new Ma-h-h-hron"
I liked Civil War, it's one of the last great things Millar has written. it was brash, it was bold and it has had a significant lasting effect on the characters. Steve and Tony have never really been the same since.
Look, it's only critical nature that since something was liked and has remained liked, won't remain good because what would their be to complain/write about?
This is great news, but I must admit I was disappointed to discover it wasn't the Harriet Tubman: Vampire Hunter I had assumed it was
typical liberal hollyWIERD trying to convince women they can do anything men can, even have bad movies !
he seems like a genuinely nice guy, and I usually find him funny, but I'm not a fan of the way he leveraged his "nerd status" into a career. Also, I fucking hate the way he says "TARDIS"
Ol'sourpuss back at it again
Everything after "Krasinski" is pretty much a trainwreck.
and I don't mean the hilarious Amy Schumer kind !
I mean the horrible, people dying kind.
It will be interesting to see where this goes, and how they can differentiate it from Daredevil, because I expect the tone will remain the same, if not even more horrifying. The Punisher has had plenty of interesting crime and military exploits, and some easily adaptable villains for the world they've already created,…

The next sequel is "Chinese New Year" but it will still be all white people
'Pitchfork' gave this a 3.9 back when they were just 'Sticks Tied Together In A Sharp Fashion'
I get the gripes about the Hand, but Elektra is French and grew up in a Greek household in the show, I don't think there is any indication in the show that she is meant to be Japanese or just "from Asia Land". She never was in the comics, and I know the actress is French-Cambodian, but still. Either way I found her to…
the "Murder Vest" looked like a shitty Party City Daredevil costume
Hafthor? He looks at least three fourths thor !
I'll see myself out
Frank was very clearly just warning Daredevil about the dangers of becoming like him, he wasn't changing his views. He respects Daredevil, hell they spent an entire night talking about this very subject, the Punisher just knows how important Matt's code is to him
