I think he was making fun of how their creator, Aaron Korsh, laughs. Someone said on Twitter (either Gabriel or one of the producers, my memory's fuzzy) that he did a tribute to Aaron's infectious laugh, and that's the only moment I'd think would fit.

I'm so happy you're doing these reviews. USA gets a lot of flack (and most of it for good reason), but this show is just great. All I remember you guys doing last year was a less-than-stellar-review of the first two eps, so it's nice to see you taking a second look.
