I'm ambivalent about the show also. All those 'cool moments' are standing in the way  of the development of some very interesting characters and story lines.

I think Daphne has more 'daddy issues' than Bay, if you'll forgive me for playing armchair psychologist for a moment ;p

I think the writers wanted us to go there with that song choice. Vogel would be an excellent fit for the Dharma Initiative.

It's a werewolf thing. Dr Deaton showed Isaac how to take the pain away from a sick dog at the vet.

I think they have chemistry and enjoy Blair Redford. But that could just be because of his performance on The Lying Game. Plus he's smoking hot ;)
