DC movies lack the naive integrity of Spawn.

That's what I was thinking, right up until I watched season 2 of Broadchurch.

That design managed to be both sexed-up and not remotely sexy all at the same time, which is a neat trick.

In fairness to Moffat, Jenna Coleman decided not to leave after season 8, and then not to leave after Last Christmas, so part of the reason she kept not leaving was because she kept deciding not to leave.

A Torchwood with that level of energy would be amazing.

Half the time Angel - the character, not the show - was more fun and had more of a sense of humor than Torchwood Jack.

I did appreciate that they killed off the two worst characters</spoilers> by the end of season two, so that was something, I guess.

This is unsurprising, since they've announced zero casting three months out from the orifginal premiere date.

A few years back, I was being kind of a jerk about a situation involving some friends I'd had a falling out with. Mrs. Pontifex finally got me to see things differently by saying, "You know, you're not wrong, but I don't think this is how Tim Gunn would handle this."
