I thought Phillippe's performance in this episode was actually pretty good. Janet McTeer is amazing, and I can't wait for more of her. And I squealed with glee when they showed us how Patty was gaming Ellen the whole time. I really can't ask for more from a Damages episode.

Nothing much to add, except I saw there were only 40 reasonable discussions, and I don't want AV Club to drop this show! I am happy it's back, even if it took me a few days to watch it on my DVR.
