My money's on Beth. The only other disposable character is Carol, but she has to survive to help Daryl get over the trauma of face-stabbing his brother (plus someone has to take care of the damn baby). Glen and Maggie have alluded too much to the possibility that they might die. After this finale, Tyrese et al. will

The man did know how to set a hell of a trap.

This was a great episode for Merle's character if you ignore the fact that it makes absolutely no sense in light of his previous characterization.

You want to be able to turn your head?

BAM !
KAPOW !
HALLELUJAH !

This is just a sly tell that Benedict is hard at work on a Lazarus Pit somewhere in the Vatican sub-basement.

Yeah, the camera lingered on the speculum a bit longer than necessary…

I thought the Governor was reaching for a gun to shoot Milton when they met on the street at the end of the episode.

Obviously the tree is a spawn point.

Duck season!
Rabbit season!

That was the first time that the Governor ever felt truly threatening despite all of the posture and weirdness built into his character so far.

Seems like most small animals would either be in hiding and terrified of approaching people, or eaten by zombies based on how well Morgan's pigeon and rat cages worked last week.

No, True Blood is about vampires, werewolves, witches, faeries, shapeshifters, and ghosts fucking each other. I think we can all agree that adding zombies to the mix would just be in bad taste.

I think it's a nice touch, but they run the risk of overplaying it at this point. I'm feeling more and more like it's being done exclusively to create a soundtrack tie-in for the show.

He's turned into a really interesting conscience for the group. I've started liking him as a character too, except for when the writers are being lazy and just use him as an exposition target for Rick to talk at.

Mainly because FDR didn't start out by talking about how Stalin's wife got fucked by another guy.

Yup, I thought Maggie and Glenn were safe, but I was convinced that their slacking off would result in someone else getting killed, either by a walker or an ambush from Woodbury. Nice fake-out, along with the pistol that the Governor never pulled. The writers are enjoying themselves a bit…

Every week we get to learn about a new skill that Andrea lacks. This week's glaring personal flaw: arbitration.

I liked that sequence, but it was too artificially organized.

I kept thinking of Rose McGowan's stump cannon in Planet Terror after Herschel started strapping pistols to his leg.
