@I will be Damned - keep in mind that the writers have never seen fit to explain everything on this show. They may well leave that particular device hanging. Of all the things that they might not explain, that would bother me only a little.

It's racist against racists. So that's like super duper double racism.
My hoagie won't SHUT THE FUCK UP.
Conan is right. John Tesh is Lurch.
Oprah's bedroom is probably bigger than all our houses put together, so even if she and her guy shared it they probably wouldn't ever notice.
Shore Patrol - I sure agree with your Greengrass comment. At first his "I'm shakin' over here!" was subtle enough to be forgivable, but in the last couple movies he's lost me.
Listening to his version of Back in the High Life is what gets me every time. The Wind has also made its way into my rotation.
Let's not forget her role on My Name is Earl where she was stung in the face by bees. Ohhhh Yeahhh!
If this thread didn't bring out ZMF, nothing would.
Martian, I mostly agree with your Ebert assessment, but Jennifer Connelly is not pedestrian. I'd site House of Sand & Fog and Requiem for a Dream.
At least he didn't pee on himself.
Yeah, I think every episode has one or two saving moments, so I'll keep watching. Penny did everything right in this episode and I actually enjoyed Howard (which is rare). The Shatner line was great. When is he going to guest star?
I don't know what it says about me, but I was annoyed that he prefaced the jokes with education requirements, but you didn't really need anything more than basic high school science classes to understand them. That whole sequence was unfortunate. I did like Penny's facial expressions though.
We're gonna have
A TV party tonight!
Cheese, I don't think it quite rises to the level of ripoff. The plot you described is pretty basic and not detailed enough to qualify as source. Besides, Minority Report had nothing to do with organs. (Other than eyes). (Oh, and that one dude's church organ).
I've always felt that Stiller was telented but misguided. I don't know why he thought we needed three movies a year that ripped off old TV shows and featured fart jokes and him grimacing. But, in the right roles (Permanent Midnight and *God help me* Reality Bites) he can be pretty good. I just need vast stretches…
(Now I) wish I had …
Der: you're right. I always get those Hopkins period pieces mixed up. Now I'm sad. Right in your face.
Wait, did I miss a memo? Is Stacy a serious poster now?
Remains of the Day 3D: YOU SEE THE FREAKING BOOK CASE FALL ON YOU! AHHHHHHHHHHH!
