I'll talk my way out of this one!
Their their, my friend
Definitely not skippable, one of the better tracks on the album.
That was my interpretation too. I always liked that line.
You and Me song is catchy as shit. I never skipped it
The breathy "aahhs" at the beginning of "#1 Crush" were samples of Madonna from "Bedtime Story"… which was co-written by Bjork. That's 1996 for you.
No joke.. I am sure it is "Ocean's 8" so they can do a trilogy of "Ocean's 9" and "Ocean's 10" without bumping into the original trilogy. Sequels of sequels of reboots!
Anyone remember Elisabeth Shue and Kyle McLachlan in The Trigger Effect.. 1996 movie with very similar plot. I liked it at the time
Here the Delivery Man Comes Now
I'm Waiting for My Pizza
This is off our first record, but most people don't own it.

I added the hyphen myself in iTunes
The Bends. And it took a full year-and-a-half to fully appreciate, and then OK Computer was just around the corner.
Other nerd fact: I have all of their studio albums in one iTunes playlist, and with this album it now has exactly 100 songs.
More thoughts to come soon, but I had to play True Love Waits first, and first impression is that it's not as good as the definitive live 1995 version with the swooning keyboard arpeggios. But need to listen more now…
How about "The Last Wave." Creepy flick.
I think a great song that would fit the article theme would be "Flood" by Jars of Clay. Fairly religious but mainstream and pretty catchy.
