Yeah, I thought that was kinda odd too.  I shrugged it off as thinking the first time, he was freaked out and taken by surprise.  Maybe once he loses a certain amount of control, its hard to regain it.  I much prefer Somewhat Lucid Hulk to Rage Blackout Hulk though, so I was happy to accept it.  I think that's why I

I hated the previous Hulk movies, but I absolutely loved him here.  I think Ruffalo played it just right as Banner, but the true revelation is that when he was hulked out, they animated him like a Loony Tune.  And I mean that in the best possible way.  That character did not need gravitas to work, he needed Chuck

Me too.  I love his rock star shtick, and he's really the only guy I can think of right now carrying that torch.  Of course it's bullshit.  Every rock star is bullshit, that's what makes them fun.  He didn't invent that, he doesn't think he invented it, and no one here is the first person to notice it.

I went with my violence adverse friend to see Drive.  It was that or the robot movie that came out with Hugh Jackman.  She asked me what Drive was all about, and I said, "The best I can tell, its like Too Fast Too Furious except somehow arty and actually good, and also, maybe the 80's are involved."

It's interesting because I have seen similar complaints made about Hunger Games, in that Katniss never has to kill anyone sympathetic.  Anyone not aggressively evil is either taken out by the evil, or by circumstance.  As such, she never has to make any hard choices.

It's especially idiotic of Harmon to air those grievances when his show is struggling.  Ol' Whathisface could do that to Charlie Sheen from atop his giant piles of money, but revealing that a member of the show's own cast doesn't "get" his under-watched, off-center comedy is not the smartest thing.

I assumed she would wind up with Zuko, too.  I didn't even think I was a  shipper of any kind, until the show ended, and then I was like, "Wait, really?  Him?"

I do not know, but I am thrilled.  I thought I was alone in my irrational love for the TMNT.  To see all of these people coming out of the woodwork to defend them…this is what it feels like, when doves cry.

Not defending all behavior, but I think Community fans come off as frothing-at-the-mouth-crazy as we do is because it is in constant danger.  I haven't even really posted about it, until now, but when I heard the show was pulled from the schedule, I was more upset than any sane person as any right to be about a TV

I think Hyden, and a lot of people who genuinely try to like the show and then try to figure out why they don't, are hung up on the wrong elements.

I agree, I never liked the idea that "Spike wanted to die."  I think it over simplifies his character and his story.

Gah, I finally registered to reply to this, as futile a gesture as this is.  Yes, you can call Buffy stupid.  True Blood is certainly stupid.  But in both of those shows, the vampire boyfriends (except in specific plot-driven circumstances) are not CONSTANTLY fighting the urge to murder their beloved.  They are
