Patton Oswalt in Big Fan was great.

I think Metro is the most non-comedic I've ever seen Murphy. Vampire in Brooklyn is largely played straight but Murphy still does his Coming to America/Klump deal and plays Guido and the pastor and that comes across very comically.

Are you talking shit about Bowfinger?!

He hasn't done anything in four years and has said in interviews that he doesn't want to make movies that suck anymore - despite not having a computer and having people read anything about him before he reads it, he is well-aware that his later era output has been maligned.

Deadpool was extremely mainstream though

and then they made Citizen Toxie and there's been talks for years of fifth one about the twins.

But this might give Lloyd enough money to make more movies. Part two of Return to Nuke 'Em High seems like it's taking forever to get finished.

Living in these post-Deadpool times, I could see this being R.

I don't think Troma has employees, just like interns and volunteers.

Should have gotten James Gunn to step away from Guardians of the Galaxy for a moment to direct this.

Yeah, I hate cute kids too. Glad there are shows without them.

What billionaire with a beef against AV Club is going to fund Dr. Luke's case?

I don't know about the other cases, but one of the cases against him was for dry-humping his co-worker. Also, that goes beyond "creep" and fits into the category of "sexual assault" to rub your genitals (even through your pants) on the (also clothed) butt of your co-worker.

Well, I'm relieved this isn't the interview where he tells the reporter that sometimes you need to hit a woman.

:(

Jian Ghomeshi apologized in court for pretty much dry-humping one of his co-workers.

This guy is a real jerk.

"Rape case" isn't misleading, he was tried for rape. Legally, it might be best to stick with "alleged sexual assault," but there was a rape case against him.
