'Bobby' by (Sandy) Alex G has been on heavy rotation at my house recently. The rest of what I've heard of the new album is good, but nothing has topped that track so far.

Whole. Lotta. Rosie.
'Serve the Servants' is a great solo by Cobain, just letting loose on his guitar.
The solos in 'My Old School' are my favorites. 'Kid Charlemagne' is sublime, but 'My Old School' is more fun.
The solo at the end of 'Sixteen Blue' has been maybe my favorite solo sine I was in college. It is super short and only about five notes repeated over, but it has the most emotionally honest feel of any solo I can think of.
My Stones pick - 'Sway' off of Sticky Fingers. I love the early-mid 60s RS, but I think the Mick Taylor years were them at their best.
A couple other '90s solos I love: Radiohead's 'Just' and Matthew Sweet's 'Sick of Myself' (played by Richard Lloyd).
I like the wall of noise solo in 'Aly, Walk With Me' - great guitar band.
'Smooth' was so over-played it became on of the most annoying songs of the '90s, but Santana's solo has really held up over time. I love it.
In actuality there seems to be less breasts to go around (har har) as the prices of breast meat by the pound has been going up exponentially compared to legs and thighs (wings have been going up steadily too).
I knew it, I'm surrounded by assholes.
Yeah, but those still get eaten. And one chicken actually produces four 'chicken wings' as the wing is usually split into a drum and a flat.
He cheated, but his picks are good, so I'll let it slide. I like the Sturges picks, not something I would necessarily expect him to choose.
I haven't watched this one yet, but I've seen most episodes of this and in the more recent ones most of the guests are able to keep their cool. I'm wondering if the wings are not as intense as they used to be (they have changed some of the sauces). I've tried a few of the hotter sauces they use (including the hottest)…
I think that movie is surprisingly good. The end is a bit of a slog, but otherwise decent satire.
Been listening to The Regrettes since the AVUndercover the other day. I'm not blown away, but I can definitely see the potential. Also been listening to Soft Cell after watching the new season of Master of None (well, most of it, haven't watched the end yet), which put me on a slight '80s (and late '70s) binge of…
His first solo album had a cool, Beatles-y vibe, definitely under-listened to.
Sooooooo….why do Prince Paul and Automator hater each other now? I mean, I figure it's a money thing, but, damn, they were a great team.
That's the shitty part about death - you still have to go to work.
And denim. Don't forget denim.
