Yeah, and what makes his performance so amazing, so award-worthy, is the way he filters those three things through each other. She still very much looks like herself at age 8, so it's not surprising she'd look familiar to you even now.

No doubt you would have. She's not exactly a chameleon-type actress. :)

And the traitor whore is played by Kimberly McCullough, who's been on General Hospital since she was a kid. I still don't know how or why she got cast in this. Anyone? She doesn't quite fit the type. It was the element that really took me out of the episode. "Oh, there's Robin again."

They edited to make it look like she saw them together, but not clearly. I suspect Toni's reaction to this guy remains to be seen.

They're brilliant, both of them. But he rarely shows that part of being a parent, either in the show or in his standup, so again, it's just nice to see. The scene in the hallway when they brought him the card. Just incredibly touching.

All season I've been thinking that I wanted to

getting beat down in every facet of his life. His daughters can frustrate him, his girlfriends can befuddle him, his ex-wife can cowtow him, his career can stay the course, but just one small victory for

I'm surprised. I thought I would likely be the sole GH/AVclub crossover here. It's nice to see some nice sentiments about Mr. Ingle. It's sad, but it feels like the Quartermaines are really and truly done for now. I always held out hope that they could be built back up. RIP John Ingle.
