I have heard it plenty of times on network tv especially in"special episodes". They probably bleeped it because they planned on saying it so much and since they mostly used for comedic effect.

I always felt that any discussion about the word Nigga is cheapened when people instead say the N word.

I also rarely use the word most of the time I use it is because of rap lyrics. I did use it a little bit more when I was younger though. My parents rarely used it and only used it in negative connotations. I have always tried to avoid using it around white people since it makes it very uncomfortable.

Well Stephen A really knows basketball and his general points on the sport are decent but, for some reason he delivers all his points in ALL CAPS. He is useless when it comes to any other sport though.
