Penitenziagite!
Melan-clarity is a wonderful and wonderfully fitting term.
You don't see much difference in the energy, pacing, tone, story structure, character dynamics, sense of humor, etc? I would've expected that people who really like this incarnation would at least acknowledge that it's significantly different from the original series.
Right, it's incredible that it's back, but you'll eventually have to face the fact that it's not what it could've been. It's like if you'd always wanted kids, but then when you finally have one, it's got tentacles and a Cthulhu mouth.
Petty, pathetic Michael was a weird change, but this line made me laugh really hard.
I do not think especially highly of season three, but what was wrong with "Horror Fiction"?
I haven't seen it, but he described the making of such a scene in detail on the WTF podcast. Enthralling stuff.
Yes it is. And Brian Stack really needs to start doing the podcast circuit.
Scott and Jerrod Carmichael played off each other *really* well on the new CBB, which was a nice surprise since he stayed mostly in the background during his first appearance.
Andy Daly was expectedly great as the Marquis de Sade on the newest Dead Authors Podcast.
With a lewd, lascivious fandango.
Meet the Woggles is of note for having a particularly funny/deranged post-credits scene.
Nope.
John Vanderslice has always stuck in my mind because his song "Speed Lab" was the first thing I remembered being advertised on Napster. I'm sure his music is very nice.
That way he, as Garry, says "that's right" invariably fills me with glee. PFT has a knack for funny little verbal tics.
That is the opposite of what I want. I'd love to see the show move even further away from the podcast's trappings and embrace its Pee-Wee/Space Ghost side without having to translate listener favorites to the screen just because people expect them.

Cat anus, cat anus, cat anus.
It was basically perfect.
