Which is where they got it entirely wrong.

I'm fine with just getting a girl's first name.

But Season One Taco was great. When we lost the guitar and the songs, Taco lost me.

Here's hoping we get to SEE that birthday party, and most importantly, that Spiner sings from his CD "Ol' Yellow Eyes is Back."

Cool story bro?

Yeah, mostly dumb IIRC. One word answers to Craig's charming questions, etc. Vapid might be the correct term….

One of the more disappointing late night talkshow things I saw last year (or was it two years ago) was Katic on Fergusson. She was just awful. It actually started making me angry…maybe she was more herself in the "Librarian" series as depressing as that sounds. Because I agree—she's just a joy on Castle.

Strange world.

Not a small amount of this film was shot on my street, and it fucked up my commute several times, causing me to detour up to 2 blocks.

It was definitely Hicks. I think the bullet even went through a buttonhole or some such crazy thing.

Aren't all chaps assless? Else they'd be trousers? Or is that incorrect?

OTTO, BITCHES

Hey square-smiley: It's not entirely bad. It's not entirely good. It's fun summer fare (I'd say as entertaining but not as mythy as the 4400…and I never have seen Misfits or Heroes).

Yeah, but…
Jason Gann like totally beat up a bus driver in Australia so therefore anything he's in must be horrid and anyone who enjoys anything he's in is essentially beating up that bus driver all over again.

One more Stray Observation
(Huh-huh…"Stray" like "stray dog" and Wilfred is a dog and that's just so funn…ah, never mind)

Van. Damn.
I really (REALLY) thought the final stakeout was a fake-out for Neal, and fully expected Peter to be in the van outside his own house, watching Neal the whole time. And I like that idea.

Being That Guy
OK, OK, I know this will come off as even douchier than it is, but I was completely taken out of this episode by the Vancouver(?)-Is-Not-New-York stuff, especially during the subway scene. NYC subways are iconic and these clearly were not. Same story with a lot of hte street scenes, and the cabs. They

Hot Fuss!
According to the opening credit montage, The Killers' "Hot Fuss" album is coming soon! I can't wait—should be a great one!

Yes
B is about right. Maybe even B+ and Alphas has earned itself a slot on my summertime DVR (along with Warehouse 13). I'll keep coming back but couldn't agree more about the Characters Straight From Central Casting thing. I was able to get beyond it eventually, but it honestly was quite distracting for the first few

Oh, come on. Vamp Up! would be groan-inducing, but I think it was just exactly the right amount of ridiculous for this show, season 4.

Cool story brah.
