I wish she did more songs like The Beast/Alpha Shallows on this album. We do have Devil's Resting Place though, which is awesome.

However, this is a The National-level grower of an album, and I'm still getting used to Master Hunter.

(for the record, I think she's incredibly talented).

Saved These Words is incredible. Especially coming afte these stripped-down arrangements, it's spectacular to have almost a relative wall of sound.
