YEP. Yep. Dirty Projectors, that was by far my biggest omission. What a great  album

no particular order, and I'm definitely forgetting a bunch rright now

Definitely an improvement from last week, but still not quite up to par with most of the rest of the show's run. I did really enjoy Jez showing some brief displays of semi-competence too, because I'm a sucker for shit like that.

Friday night, went and saw Holy Motors. It's one of the few films I've ever seen where the experience has left me both physically and mentally exhausted— in a good way. Now that I've had a few days to allow the slack-jawed expression I had when the credits rolled to fix itself, I've come to the conclusion it was

Good point. I suppose I'd take out "Out of Sight"; as fine a film as it is, it's not top 10 of that decade, to me at least. I wish I could fit both in, but all the other films are entirely deserving of their top 10 status (I haven't seen Chungking Express so I can't judge/have to assume it deserves it).

I'm thrilled that they ranked Barton Fink as the top Coen Bros film, but I feel as though both it and probably Fargo as well should have definitely cracked the top 10.

Season 3 could've ended a lot more smoothly if they had that stupid invisible car from Die Another Day.

@Oscar Leroy some of the simpsons episodes Moore directed (not wrote, mind you) include "Marge Vs. The Monorail", "Lisa's Substitute", "Brother, can you spare two dimes?", and "Cape Feare". I can sleep a little easier now.
