Agree—Vaughn looked torn apart emotionally when he stormed out of the room. They really had to hit a home run in deciding to go away from Troy/Abed for the final moment—and this was a grand slam. I had to rewind through the lyrics 3 times to hear them all over my laughter. Awesome. I thought Chevy was at his best

A Prick Among Pricks
I agree Michael is a total prick in this episode—the break-up was far too painful to laugh at. But, is he really much worse in his behavior than Jim/Pam have become this season? My big complaint with this season is how cruel all of the office staff members seem to have become; it strikes me as

Busted!
When the old man with no shorts on in the pool just sort of whispered "busted" and swam off when McHale calls him out I was dying.

I'm a teacher and there's a guy at my high school who signs EVERY email with "carpe diem" and also adds it to his more emotional verbal contributions at staff meetings. So the character worked for me because even figures meant as parody exist someplace in the world. To answer the unasked question: Yes, most people

Yeah Annie isn't doing a thing for me. As a character she's fine, but she's not attractive. Put it this way: If I were Joel McHale, I'd be spending time with a lot hotter a$$ than that. Like, I don't know, Mirrors.

And take that one step further—Peter just slings her over his back to bring her into the lab? She already woke up from 2 of those darts before, you just shot her with 2 more and take it for granted? That whole sequence bugged me.
