For sure. I actually enjoyed those two movies hugely, and they had the best music of any Batman films. Keaton wasn't awful, but as Bruce Wayne I couldn't help feeling that he looked a little bit weedy and runty, not the tall, urbane, well-muscled Randian ubermensch that I expected.
