Same here, the sets were pretty good and stuff but that dancing was just weird. I don't get it.

This Feels Terrible is worth it if only because Erin is really adorable.

He isn't actually being a jerk to her so much as he's trying to react against her insanity for comedic-effect. I was under the impression that Erin is Spencer's best friend out of everyone on the podcast, actually. He did her podcast once and they had a far more natural dynamic there, he wasn't a jerk at all.

Obviously this is a good idea but judging from that look he has I have to wonder if Dan Harmon is going to have to break the flow of the show just to get Spencer's adorable little bearded face up there.
