I gotta say, I'm a little confused as to why the staffer whose main area of expertise appears to be "early-90s Nickelodeon shows" was tapped to review a string band album. Not saying you can't have a diverse range of experiences, but it's hardly surprising that this thing crashed and burned.

I always imagined the 10 dogs/8 buns thing came about to facilitate buying for large occasions like cookouts or parties, where you would buy four packs of hot dogs and five packs of buns to bring it up to an even 40 on both sides and thus drive up sales.
