"Spanglish" annoyed me, but Sandler was actually more tolerable than just about everyone else in the movie.

Although all the early albums had a certain similar feel, I remember Fables sounding more "Southern" to my Midwest ears _ although that's probably too much of a generalization.

@Flor

I think "Life's Rich Patent" might've been a better album title, actually.

I posted about Waking Life earlier (I wish these threads were more concise because I hate wading through it, too) … I agree it was a surprising omission.

Rank:
1. Lifes Rich Pageant
2. Murmur
3. Reckoning
4. Fables
5. Document/Out of Time (best parts of both)

I wondering about Eternal Sunshine, too, in this context.

Am I dreaming? No "Waking Life"?
Really?

"Hits too close to home" vs. "Speaks almost directly to me"
Too-close-to-home brings to mind discomfort.

It seemed an apt description.

I think the lyrics to "Iron Man" may have projected his longevity.

GBV qualifies as acid-trip-via-beer.

Really?
"Here's a bunch of characters who tackle problems by getting in there and getting things done," Moore said.

I actually count "Chasing Amy" as my favorite Kevin Smith movie.
