The Texas thing is a good theory. It's the only theory I can think of, basically, unless all of Liverpool is logging on and voting repeatedly every week.

Were people really that pissed at Kris? I always liked him and was a little concerned that he'd be pegged as being the "straight choice" compared to Adam but in the end he was so classy and lovely that it was just an awesome final two.

The storms here were more exciting than those performances

Not enough Pulp.

Little Foot!!

That is pretty neat! Thanks for the heads up! I think that's the first time I've ever been ellipse-blurbed.

This would be a great AVQ&A. Mine might have been Nightmare on Elm Street which is why I hate horror movies.

That's a little bit how I feel about David Sedaris

I feel the same way. I almost wore holes in my version of Want 1 (and to a lesser extent, 2) but Release the Stars never grabbed hold of me the same way. At its best Rufus' music automatically paints its own pictures in my head (I first fell in love with him when the video for "April Fools" would run constantly on

Because it's a big musical tapestry that's on the verge of being over-the-top and it's gorgeous! And Ravel.

I haven't even finished watching this episode yet and I am dying—DYING!! Rodgers the M.E. (Leslie Hendrix) just showed up. I'm in TV heaven right now.

Yeah Kieran's been invoked before although I used to think it was "Karen." Maybe it was…

I'm pretty convinced it won't be another guy this season despite the odds.

I noticed that he was absent too—but it's crazy that he manages to get out of videos that are so undemanding!

I driving to New Orleans for a wedding, so you guys were both correct.

I would LOVE to hear about Mrs. Winterbourne. That's one of my favorite bad movies.

They just said that she laughs after she says anything and waves her hands when she sings. For some reason it just came off as "here's something annoying Elise does" as opposed to "I love Elise and am going to rib her."

I was thinking, I wonder when the last season was when we apparently had no contestants who were married/had kids. None of these even mention significant others.

Seriously, someone set me straight—is Phillip actually awesome and I just don't see it?
