One thing I was thinking about with Crystal is that she would at least be a new *kind* of Idol, the lady singer-songwriter. Kelly could maybe fit into that but I don't see Crystal being as poppy.

I never said I don't like Hey Jude—it was the song that got me into the Beatles actually. But I just didn't like it for being-covered purposes. I would like to do that sort of Crosstalk though—I felt the urge to go thru my Beatles catalog and pick out which songs I do like but I didn't have time.
