I'm sure the judges have developed a friendly rapport after so much time on the job, but some of the dining environments they find themselves in seem more stifling than others.  An overly bright and empty Space Needle restaurant doesn't seem like much fun (nor, frankly, does Tom Douglas).  Kudos to Gail for venturing
