Finally, someone who admits it was actually pretty solid. The last part is amazing, and the first 40 minutes or so can get pretty stale, but it's enjoyable for what it is.

I think I speak for a good part of the readers present when I say that I enjoyed Ben & Kate much more than I expected, and that is only because I first heard about it about a week before it premièred, and the concept didn't impress me then.
