Or it's just Friday afternoon laziness. ;)

The depiction of the Vulcans in Enteprise, my favorite race in trek, is one of the biggest reasons I dislike the series so much. Even that retcon I've heard about in S4 is infuriating because it implies Spock's use of the mind-meld in TOS was a recent re-discovery, which is just silly.
It definitely looked like him.
I can't agree more Rich. Such a great & interesting race never used effectively outside of the original series. Even their movie appearances suck for them (even though I'm a fan of ST09).
Bad Horse, the crappy crop of GOP candidates this cycle certainly doesn't help, but the crowd reactions at the debates have been mostly disappointing to me.
I certainly remember liking quite a few S4-S6, and some S7 episodes when it was on war-footing. So, you'll see a lot more positive out of me then, as soon as Worf comes aboard. I did like the Search at the beginning of S3, because of the Romulan involvement (which was sadly dropped). There's still a lot of later…
Well said Buzz. That's exactly how I get through some of the crappier TOS episodes - my affinity for those characters and watching them on screen. Same thing for TNG if Riker or Worf are heavily involved.
Yep, so many good lines last night. I love when Jon makes words up.
Makes me wish the previews didn't slightly spoil it for me. At least the new bodyguard's offer of assistance wasn't in the ads, so that was a nice surprise.
That was just an amazing scene. Hilarious confluence of events.
Yeah, the cloaking device was one great thing about the defiant that I can admit to liking even though I'm a B5-er.
Teehee.
Willy, the colors are definitely different, but I would say in terms of size, shape, fighting style, and cannon weapons, they're fairly similar.
Cookie, republicans don't want a laissez-faire economy. We acknowledge the need for some basic regulations to keep ethics in check and for consumer safety. In addition, we believe in a simple, temporary safety net. This is what Romney was getting at when he misphrased his statement yesterday and created a gaffe…
Buzz, Voyager is even worse than DS9 in my opinion. The scripts for these two DS9 eps are just copies of TNG style stuff, which is something Voyager did quite often. I agree with Billy that if these scripts were used in Voyager, they would be even worse, because they would be in that show's inferior dynamic.
Probably won't really be noticeable until Worf comes on board, but I remember liking Duet (although I missed it when it first ran). I did say something positive down here somewhere about Odo's walk towards the elevator in Captive Pursuit, and I think I said something positive for the first or second review.
It's definitely the one thing that has been improving in my opinion as I rewatch these episodes.
Badlan, you're speaking of a full laissez-faire economy, which has never been present in the US. At this point, there's so many regulations and laws that it's impossible to even argue that we're totally laissez-faire. It's just that we have so much more of a free market when compared to Europe's social democracies.
"I'm Dick Tracy, take that Pruneface! Now I'm Pruneface, take that Dick Tracy! Now I'm Prune Tracy, take that Di…"
Yeah, good stuff. I enjoyed him looking back in wonderment twice, as well.
