That has to be the only explanation for her sudden, irrational fighting skills.  Quite annoying otherwise in my opinion.

Sub Rosa is at least comically entertaining.  Masks is just stupid and hard to watch - especially as Spiner changes characters by changing his voice to different levels of annoyance.
