Ah, understandable. The first thing one sees often seems the best.

But Illyria was awesome! That was the best damn season of the show.
Well, it would make it watchable at the very least.
Clone wars, of course.
I think it's actually amplified the activity. Unfortunately for me, I have to bow out now to get some work done. Hopefully I can check in tonight after dinner to comment some more. Stupid work being so busy.
Least favorite for me. There's more good moments than I thought in restrospect (from my last re-watch when the latest, slimmer dvd set came out), but I found the season too concentrated on the John/Aeryn arc, wackiness for wackiness' sake, and derivative storylines that were pale imitations of previous episodes/arcs…
I certainly would have enjoyed more interaction between the doubles, though, sure.
There's a good mix of bottle, stand-alone & story arc episodes. Moya's son Talyn is like a regular character in Season 3 even.
Yeah, a thread being cut between pages is annoying.
Oh, this I must try. This I must try indeed.
The historian in me was giving the bonus points, not the drinker. ;)
No! I think we're on gimmick poster overload.
Well, the split was for logistical reasons too. All the makeup-heavy regulars were with the John on Moya, while the human looking aliens & the Rygel puppet were with the John on Talyn. So, putting them on the same ship would have defeated the purpose of consolidating makeup time/days (besides the drama purpose)
Ah yes, I bought that one. It was wacky, but since it was still by Peter David it was enjoyable to read. Worf/Troi & Worf/Dax both seemed weird to me and weren't great to read about, though.
Damn, youtube is awesome: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
Yes, sadly death is the conclusion you have to come to, with his disappearance.
Naw, can't say that I have. I doubt we would have had or currently have access to former Eastern bloc media here in America. Hell, it's hard enough to find Soviet depictions of Crime & Punishment.
Cheers!
Strike that then. Hell, maybe I was thinking about the above Simpsons reference…
Bonus points for the Schlitz reference.
