I've barely seen Scot Baio in the past twenty years….I think he had a reality tv show for a season or two a few years back…that was it I think…

Portillo's is great, a Chicago mainstay. Incredible hot dogs, and I also love their chargrilled chicken sandwiches. Giordano's or Gino's East is good for pizza, but my favorite local pizza place for thin crust is Aurelio's - great sauce. I'll probably be getting a stuffed pepperoni pizza from them for dinner tonight.

True, true, turn the other cheek and all that. I guess my catholicism got me there, but he's too annoying everywhere else for that to take effect for me, I guess…

He must not have a dvr, plenty of the quotes were off. The speed of the jokes certainly threw me off last night though, more than usual. I almost hit rewind after the first sequence before the title.

"since they now know they'll sacrifice one of their own whenever the right wing screams loud enough."

What's will all the email solicitation the last few weeks? Is there some sort of insect parasite Conspiracy going on here? Are Picard & Riker going to have to blow up a dude at Starfleet Command?

Yeah, Franklin's sanctimonious nature was definitely annoying at times.

I agree with tragically. It's an incredibly flawed premise that provides some entertainment, minus baby Guinan's obviously dubbed voice. I enjoy it, but I have to ignore the crew's incompetence simultaneously.

Yeah, the lack of discussion over taking away her powers is a glaring inconsistency. All the Voyager stuff is easier for me to ignore.

@Epon: That actually reminds me of a story arc from B5, when that show's dcotor, Franklin, got addicted to "stims," which were short for "stimulants." He kept on taking them to avoid sleep and log more hours in the office and it gradually became an addiction that forced him to temporarily resign. At first, it

Somehow I got the impression that they turned themselves into humans, which allowed them to procreate and die from a tornado. That could be childhood confusion though….Off to Memory Alpha I go…

Emergence was a telltale sign that they were out of script ideas…

It eventually became decent. Not exactly good, but worth wasting a half an hour watching if you have nothing else to do.

Web Soup is better.

I stopped by a few minutes on a lark, and was surprised to notice a flurry of new posts today. I had thought it had wound down….I was wrong!

I had gravy on fries before, in a bar. While the waiter called it poutine, thankfully there were no cheese curds on it.

Also, if you're going to criticize the Rygel puppet and the like in Farscape, you might as well criticize Yoda in the original Star Wars trilogy.

The puppets in Farscape were of much higher quality than the felt-like Miss Piggy or Kermit. They were more animatronic if anything.

Trey Parker > Dan Harmon.

I just cannot understand why some people cannot get past the puppetry on Farscape. To me, it was great to see some non-humanoid aliens for once, which is exceedingly rare in Trek, land of the forehead aliens.
