GOD PLEASE SPARE ME MORE REJECTION

The mother fonkin' marimba solo in Starbuck's "Moonlight Feels Right"

No she didn't. How?

Thank you!

Esp "just one of the songs that surpasses some of the original's tunes"

Yeah, great whatever

So many people miss that reading.

Same here. I remember his breaks on "shh" being a highlight of the show

Yeaaaah! Athens Represent! Tropicalia is amazing, and it's quickly become the go-to Athens beer (despite an orange and blue can)

Saw a Victory variety 12 pack that had Prima, Summer Love, Hope Devil, and an IPA I hadn't tried. Might have to pick that one up

Here's a link to their beer / drink stuff

Uinta's Lime Pilser is my go-to this summer. Low alcohol, refreshing and delicious

Seems they are following the lead of Atlanta-based Paste magazine. Paste used to be exclusively based on music, but in recent years has become very respected in the beer world.

Didn't click the video, but I sure hope that's a Juice Newton cover up there

Yeah, I got over them immediately when they ripped Heartache TOnight on that one song. Don't get them either

I remember when Neon Bible was coming out and they were set to play SNL. I was a little worried that Funeral was maybe just a one-off, so I was interested to see how the new songs sounded.

They're still a favorite of mine (got tickets to their show in September), but yeah I can't remember another band whose best song was the first one on their debut (not to say that they don't have tons of great songs, either)

Same as "Living in a Box" did.

Their follow up, Blow Out Comb, is an undiscovered masterpiece. So good.

AND they drive an ice cream van.
