I'm a 70's kid too and was too young to see the movie then, but I remember being fascinated with the movie poster. I'd stare at it for long periods of time on the back of my comic books - it terrified me all by itself. (I'm sure the nubile swimmer was part of it too).

The only reality show I regularly watch is Bar Rescue, mostly because I love that John Taffner dude's sense of self-importance. Plus, as the article notes, it's cool to get an inside look at how a bar should be run.

Totally agree on the Bran plot. Bores me to tears. I think I'm in the minority on the Daenerys' story - it's always been one of my favorites.
