Their names were the punchline, sure, but for me it was all about the fake news stories. The performers, especially McKinnon, really delivered in that sketch.

A buddy and I were tweeting about this episode last night and at one point he said something like, "you know, Sims is really gonna hate this episode." And he was right!
The scenes with Marco living in Gus' room and wearing his old clothes wrecked me, even though I didn't love the episode overall. Demián Bichir is doing dynamite work on this show.
I'm tardy to the party on this episode, I know, but I did want to get my thoughts down here before I watch the final two episodes of the season.
FXX ran commercials over most of the bodybuilding bit here.
Adam Scott's reading of "It's important to me that you know that" was especially brilliant. He's really honed that exasperated tone and it's always fun watching him trying to modulate it.

NOT GREAT, BOB
Vera Farmiga was at her best in this one. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be laughing at Norma, but I am, and it works. As Todd said, she really is holding this show together.
I still think Vanessa Bayer would make a good co-anchor with Meyers.
After first few episodes I couldn't stop myself from thinking that Jere Burns belongs on this show. And apparently he's here now?

Get out of here.
Get out of here.
I knew we were in for a rough night when the studio audience couldn't even muster any laughs for "Bitch, What's the Answer?"
