I'm guessing this is why there's no Rome World, or King Arthur World, because all the violence is swords, axes, maces, etc. and not able to fake as easily. People would be getting inadvertently hacked up all the time.

I love Guest's movies and after reading negative reviews for Mascots, I went into it with zero expectations and found it actually had a few funny scenes/moments. It reminded of a later season of a long-running sitcom where you like the performers and characters, but you can tell the ideas aren't fresh and everyone is…
"Baby, Let's (Frito) Lay Down and Dance"
Kinda of a random reference, but here goes… Anyone remember that scene in Short Cuts where Tom Waits' character dumps out his wallet on the bar? That's going to be me with this in December.

Saw Girl on Friday night. It's pretty bad, but not so bad it's good, it's just sort of dull, predictable and a waste of a good cast. Seems like the script was rushed to get it out while Gone Girl was still relatively fresh in people's minds.
J'accuse!
If we can just get Tim Robbins then the tide will really turn!
It's been mentioned around here already, but I think a fair amount of people have been looking for a reason to back away and this is the opportunity to do so. Saying shitty things about immigrants appeals to an economic anxiety, and saying shitty things about Muslims appeals to terrorism anxiety. Saying gross things…
"I said get in."
There it is. I was surprised it took 13 comments to get a SJP/Westworld horse joke.
I'm 36 and born in 1980 also! I thought we were Gen Y until the whole Millennial thing happened. I don't feel like a Gen Xer or really identify with the stereotypical Gen X signifiers.
Pepperidge Farms remembers.
Did a Microsoft clipart AI create that cover?
Netflix has "EGOT" written on their vision board.
It's all part of the OCU, or, Ocean's Cinematic Universe.
Speak for yourself. A white pair of Chucks with a nice pair of jeans or chinos is a classic look, and t-shirts - assuming it fits well and doesn't say something like "Federal Body Inspector" - look fine as long as you're in good enough shape to wear one.
