I'm enjoying the pleasantly disorienting feeling of all the unexplained characters/motivations/narratives/etc. It's well-acted and well-made, and there are far worse ways to spend an hour of your Sunday evening.

Surprised he didn't mention Psalm 69 as a jumping off point. More immediate and hooky record. And Rammstein, while a one-hit-wonder here in the states, are huge in Europe.

The answer your looking for is a debilitating drug addiction.

You win a pamphlet about lupus. Congratulations!

Pre-holiday pop-quiz: Which 90s film features four future SFU actors?

"Have You Ever Been This Low"

I don't think people that look like David Duchovny and Heather Graham would have a kid that looks likes that.

This season was utterly boring and pointless. Like a band releasing an album of pure filler to get out of their contract.

I flash back to Nate witnessing that Sicilian funeral from the first season, I guess he equates outward expressions to be directly proportional to appropriate suffering.

Nate is beyond insufferable in this episode. And then when he passes by the kid… what a self-serving jerk.

Fookin' Wookies.

Poor Joe. I wince every time I watch his budding romance with Brenda. Run, Joe, run!

Rico is complete emotional trash throughout the series. Whiny, manipulative, passive-aggressive, petty, gossipy, the list goes on. I wish Keith and David would have bought him out much sooner.

Maybe he should just Get Over It.

No mention of Six Feet Under's finale?

Way to double down and cover up one embarrassment with another.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I nominate the Offspring as the worst band of all time. A truly lazy, cynical and terrible, terrible band.

I've picked up and put down Underworld at least five times now. Loved the prologue, the rest reminds of the more meandering parts of White Noise.

I'd recommend Mao II as a good starter also.
