It seems like he would be against it, but I don't think he is - there was an issue where he worked to save the Joker from execution, but not because he thought it was inherently wrong so much as that Joker happened to not be guilty of that one particular crime he'd been sentenced for.

It's amazing, looking back, just how weirdly controversial the show was in its early days - the content doesn't seem to justify it at all. Oh, I don't disapprove of the current community - I haven't seen enough of it to have an opinion. I just meant because there was a six year build-up of scans at the old one, so it'd be hard to match the sheer volume of stuff posted anywhere else.
